Well, I'm not dead.

I am in college, which is kind of the same thing. The program I'm taking was described as 'intensive' and that was a promise, not a threat. I'm pretty sure I will be crying over school at least once this semester, but I really, really want to finish what's supposed to be a one-year program in one year. I also do not currently have access to a scanner. The upshot is that I will have very little time for comics in the foreseeable future and couldn't scan them if I did.

I'm very sorry about all this and will notify you as soon as the situation changes, I promise.

No problem. We'll be around when you get back to the comic. :)

Have a great year and if you need to cry, vent, scream, or ask inane questions remember to come here and do it.

Yay, not dead! Good luck with all of that; it sounds incredibly taxing. We'll still be here at the end of the school year, or whenever you find time/energy again to art. :)

Real Life is always more important than comics/fandom stuff. Take care of yourself, we'll be around when you're ready to come back.

I took two years off of everything else I was doing to get through my Master's program, even though all the other students were managing the program AND a full time job. And I'm really glad I did - kept my focus and learned the heck out of that stuff.

I love your storytelling, and look forward to it appearing again when circumstances permit. Thanks for telling us what's up!

Mind if I try to send in some filler on occasion? I have a few ideas which are so obviously non-canonical but still sound like fun stuff.

If yes, then I'll need to know where to send the files.

Sad to hear about the continued hiatus, but absolutely thrilled it's for such a happy reason. (Well, happy-stressful - I've been through a bit of that before. So congrats and condolences.)

Good luck getting through the year, may it bring you joy, and may you remember us if you ever have time and inspiration coinciding again!

No worries and take care of yourself :) College > Comics ~ OK, BOTH would be nice but college comes first!

I, and I suspect the rest of us, will await your return with eager patience.

Hey, first things first. And intensive does mean "you will go nuts from the pressure" but it also means "think of all the Cool Stuff you will know by the end of the program." We can wait. :)

yeah, I'm with these guys- a comic hiatus in which you better you life? That's pretty awesome and I can wait :)

Plus, you *talk* to us and let us know what's going on. That is SUPER AWESOME and also super rare for a lot of comic folks.

You's a good one, ma'am.

My friends and I have a saying. RLTG, real life trumps game, it's for when people can't make our online stuffs and such.
I think that applies to comic making too.

Good luck.

Congratulations on not being dead! (I have a friend that is currently being murdered by Organic Chemistry....)

I miss your comics, but I am glad that you are still alive!

The Auld Grump - Some Dumnestor's Heroes live on the back of my GM screen....

Oh hey, HERE you are. You're a hard lady to track down sometimes :p
I see the Auld Grump found you before I did.^ Drat, that's what I get for being so intermittent in my check-ins.

Hope you're having a great time in college. Stress sucks, but you're better at it than I am :p

Happy New Year! Hope you're doing well in your college program. Remember, this too shall pass - and so will you!

Just checking in to see if the "not dead yet" announcement still applies. We've been reading our old "Get Medieval" & my files of "The Prince & the Pauper" just to get our Irony fix.

Take care. & What Kay Shapiro said.

Do you live?
Because it's been over a year, and we miss you!

Re: Do you live?
And now it's the next July. Not trying to push, just want to know you're all right.

It's now officially two years. Is time to start panicking?

Comics missing
In attempting to reread the comics, I discovered that comics starting 2013/05/30 have broken picture links that point to http://25.media.tumblr.com.

So I can see the comments to comics, but not the comic itself. :-(
